![]() Im indecicive, what would you guys upgrade next? i dont have many mods, and i know 373 grs are a must, but im already getting those next week, also i just ordered some crane 1.7 rr's, and bolted on some flowtech shorties that gave me about 1 mph at the track.
I want to go faster of course, and i know i should save up for some heads, but im on a budget, and im really looking into a zex n20 kit, and spraying a 75 on it, my car is running strong, and i just pulled my quad shocks and got no wheel hop at the track, i actually ran my best 60', and it spun a little, so control arms are an option, i just cant do all this at once, so any opinions are welcome. btw, is the zex kit the way to go for a small shot on a light modded high mileage motor?

![]() Sorry about that man, anyway, Ive got the zex kit in my car. I think its great. I got mine for $469 from atlanticspeed.com. What a kick in the ***** it gives your car! I put the 125 jet in mine and holy cr@p, you would love it. Its really easy to install too, come with everything you need, no surprises. The instructions could be better, but if you need any help with the install I'll be glad to help you out if you decide to go with it. Took me about 4 hours on the install, but I took my sweet time, Id say you could get it done in under 3 if you wanted to. Anyway, Ive got 80k on my car now, put in the kit when it had 71k. Supposedly everything is ok if you do it right. Get colder plugs, set your timing and run 93 octane. Like I said, if you want some more info, give me a shout. - John

![]() Negative. I still have the stock 2.73's, Im finally getting them outta there over x-mas break. They really suck, but I get 25mpg to and from school! I still have the stock pump and injectors, when I was contemplating putting the juice in I posted on here and asked about that, everyone said a 125 shot was the highest you could go without replacing the pump. - John

![]() Get Lower/upper control arms first = $200 or so. Why in hell did you remove your quad shocks with the stock control arms??? Be careful, I read posts all the time of guys who do this and blow up their rear end when the wheels start to hop unexpectedly.
If you are truly getting 3.73's, then you will be dead in the water without good control arms.

![]() You'll be fine with the stock rear control arms and 3.73 gears! LOL! Just put the quad shocks back on until you have the time or the want to upgrade to some better rear arms.
