Default Rebuild kits- worth the $$$

Hey all. Have the heart out of the car, and want to re-ring and bearing the old girl. Has anyone bought one of the PAW or Summit rebuild kits? Is it quality stuff?

Just curious.

Also, there was a catalog I saw, (I think from somewhere in Indiana or Illinois???) from sume guy who rebuilt motors and then sold them. Had quite afew in there, with different levels of performance. Does anyone know who I'm talking about?

Thanx!
