Whoops. Sorry about that. That's the one for the airbox...
The conical (round tapered) filter is most likely RE-0920 (9" long). This is the one that goes in the engine bay, not the fenderwell. Cost is about $40. And there is another one that I think is a kit that mounts directly to the MAF sensor. The kit for '89-93 5.0 comes with 8" conical filter, mounting bracket, hardware and filter oil. Part # 572502. Cost is a little over $100
Still though, I would go to, say, your local Advanced Auto Parts and check one out personally. They should let you take it outside to see if it fits b4 you buy it.
