Thumbs up what size street slicks will fit on my 10 hole wheels?

has anyone ever had 10 or 10 1/2 inch street slicks on there ten hole wheels? do they fit good? I need a pair of good street slicks because I am going to the track in a month, and last time i went i had just regular street tires on it and i spun though 3 gears and chirped fourth. what are some good sticky street slicks that i could get for a not outrageous price?

Default slicks

I've never tried a 10 inch slick or wider, but I run 26x8.5 Hoosier slicks on 15x7 turbine style GT wheels on my '90GT with no clearance or traction problems.

I just put 28*11.5 MT ET streets on 10 Holes the other day. No Problems with them so far(I wont race on them till Thursday). Have seen other people use this same setup and they said i would be fine.
