Default What size stud for my rockers?

I just swapped to GT-40 heads and was having troubles setting pedistal mount rocker (either too tight or too loose no in between shim). I picked up some used adjustable stud mount rockers but I need to know what size studs will fit my heads. I think the ones they came with the rockers are 3/8s one one side and 7/16s one the other.

Thanks for the help
Chip
