![]() I was wondering if a 26x10.50x15 ET streets will fit on my 91 GT. I have 15x7 turbine rims to run them on if they'll fit, and my car is not lowered.

![]() Yeah they will fit. I have couple friends that are running that tire. It is short so it will help get that e.t . down also.

![]() The rule is to only go +- an inch of the rim. Like if you have 7 inch rims, run an 8 inch slick. But I put some Hoosier 9 inch slicks on my 15x7 stock rims and they worked find, but the 9 inch slick was like 1/2mm from my quad shock. If I would've went with a 10.5 inch slick it would be way to big. I don't know about your car? If it was me, I WOULD NOT put a 10.5 inch slick on a 7 inch rim. I personally think 10.5 is WAY to big for a 7 inch rim.

![]() i have a set of 10.5 inch slicks on some 10hole's, which are the same dimensions as your turbin wheels. The quad shock must be removed and you may wanna roll your fender lips in a little to be sure.
They are not too big for a 7" wheel for drag racing. But you dont wanna try to corner real hard cause you may unseat the bead on them. listen to someone who has done it before, not someone giving you his theory on it. go for it!

Why would you want to that? Just get a 9 inch slick, and leave everything the way it is. That's alot of work to get a slick on there that isn't going to perform any better than a 9 inch slick, unless your pushing ALOT of horsepower. And I have actually tried putting 10.5's on my car. So it's not just my theory. It's a big hassle, and removing your quad schocks is only going to hurt your traction, unless you get an aftermarket kit that replaces them. Once again all the companies that make wheels and slicks, highly suggest going +- an inch. I've seen 155's on a 9 inch rim, yeah you can do it...but why? Just go with a little bit smaller slick. |

![]() well basically because i was answering his question, he asked if they would fit, and i said yes
maybe he came across a set fairly cheap like i did. would you pass up a pair of hoosier 26x10.50's with about 70% left for $50 for the pair?
