Default need advice on suspension setup

my front tires are wearing like mad since i installed an eibach pro kit. I know its due to excessive negative camber and toe-out. Now, what I want to know is what i should do about it, on the cheap. I just replaced a set of almost new tires and I'd like not to have to do it again.

I've heard a lot of people who have said after installing bump steer kits on lowered cars the camber went positive. Is it possible/likely installing the bumpsteer kit and urethane or even new rubber bushings would solve my problem, or should I get the c/c plates instead or also?

The problem is I've also heard the plates alone don't really solve the problem. I can only go 2 more degrees positive with the steeda plates and I've got to be 4 or 5 degrees negative

ok, the springs were designed for the unit correct.. I would get the shorter ball joints that steeda has, and possibly, lower A-arms. they are a bit shorter so they pull the wheel inwards and the plates adjust for the reposition.. they have kits ourthere for the entire setup.
