Question What to use to condition drop top?

Just Picked up my Dream Car, 93 5.0 LX Canary Yellow Convertible Feature Car, and I am having a hard time deciding what to use on the top.

Ive used armour all on the dash and vynil in my 93GT Hardtop with no problems, but I read on the bottle not to use on woven fabrics I.E. stitching so I guess its out.

One of the guys in the Mustang club I belong to suggested Mothers protectant, but I have been to 3 different autoparts stores and no one carries it.

I have a bottle of Black Magic Professional Protectant that says it replenishes the plastic chemicals that the sun bakes out of vynil.

Anybody have any experiences with protectants/cleaners for factory convertible tops?

Thanks

I just use soap and water.. I dont use armor all for anything... keep the top out of the sun if you can.. it'll last longer..

I don't use anything special to condition mine either, just a little clorox cleanup if I get a hard to clean spot (white top by the way).

The guy I bought my car from has a yellow 93' like yours, black top and all black interior and the chrome factory wheels. Absolutely beautiful car and here's the kicker, the car has only "15" original miles on it and it still has the sticker in the window. I may have to go back and make him an offer one of these days.
