17 degrees... Man I wish I could get that warm where I grew up.

I worked at a mine one summer and there was this thermometer sitting in the sun. It got up to 41 degrees. And it had a full 24 hours of sunlight to warm it up!!

Ya, When I was in school people started to wear shorts in April when it was about -10 deg C (14 deg F).

We Canadians can sure deal with the cold better, but after spending a year in Dallas, I learned what 108 deg in the shade felt like! And trust me it was probably no more comfortable than you being in -40, just a different end of the extreme

I run plain Motorcraft 5w-30 in both my cars with a FL-1A filter and they run smooth. Nothing like factory Ford replacements.
