What would happen if I replaced the TAD with a tee and connected my TAB to vacuum

I just popped my computer and about 100 pounds of cables, mounting plates, vacuum hoses. Wow, my engine bay is so clean! Nevertheless, I wanna keep all my emission control devices operating. Now, if I replace the tad with a simple tee so it pumps air to both the cylinder heads and the exhaust, it wont cause any problems, will it? I'm also gonna attach the tab to manifold vacuum. That should work, right? It will dump air at high vacuum.

Also would it be a good idea to mount an msd box where the stock coil was between the battery and the driver's side shock tower? I wanna keep it near the only remaining wiring bundle in the car
