Head ID and Extrude-honed Upper intake

How can I identify 5.0 heads as E7TE-AA HO heads?
Also does anyone know where I can get my intake manifold Extrude-honed?
I'm in the Dallas area and word is no one in the state does this. Any ideas on cost?
Can someone help?
