Default What's the best aluminum cleaner??

I'd like to pretty up my engine bay and was wondering what cleaner works best on aluminum parts? For instance, I have a fluidyne radiator and with all the overheating problems I've had the hot coolant spotted my radiator pretty bad. Ford racing valve covers could use a good cleaning too.

Mother's is an excellent choice, but the best metal polish I've ever seen is Rolite Supra 90 Metal Polish for Commercial Aircraft, Exterior. That stuff is AWESOME!!! It's hard to get, though. I have a friend from way back who paints planes for United Airlines, and when I saw him last (2 years ago maybe?), he gave me a half gallon of it. A 7 year old could make a rusty hood look like a mirror with it. They have a website, but I have never gotten a reply from them.

Take care,
-Chris
