![]() For me Its was not really the best, but what I could find locally at a decent price. The Explorer intake is great and can be had el"cheapo at the pick and pull.
But the Typhoon would be schweet! |

![]() That's a very broad question. There is no one best intake for every application.
The best intake for MY application (stroker, head flow, cam specs, rpms range, blower boost, etc.) is the Holley Systemax II. But it certainly wouldn't be the best intake on a smaller CID engine without a blower.

![]() Although the spyder is small and not much to look at, it is a nice *** intake. However, you wont really see its full potential until you add a decent blower of some sort. Then it comes to life!

![]() I would definitely go with the EFI Spyder if I had more cubes (like a 9.5" deck height based stroker) and a solid roller cam. For my little my 331 the Holley is more than enough.
