What's the fastest a MAF EFI 5.0 can run with BONE STOCK HEADS, CAM, AND INTAKE?
Whats the fastest a naturally aspirated 5.0 can run with Bone stock heads, cam, and intake, with any other bolt ons, and I mean BONE STOCK heads, no head work whatsoever.
gears, pullies, MAF, etc.....are fine. NO POWER ADDERS EITHER.

full weight or not?
what about concrete in the hatch? 5500rpm launch on slicks, with 4.30 gears, no AC and severely lightened, all boltons available- I'd say mid 12's we all know that you have run your close to stock stang in the 12's, so why start this thread?

I mean full weight, with A/C, from the factory, no gutting, etc.
It's nice to know that "you all know" about me, didn't realize that. The reason I started this thread is because I'm into making a "stock" car fast, and I'm good at it, I was looking for new thoughts and opinions thats all, I guess I can see your point, "Here he goes again with that stock heads, cam...." LOL! Thats probably why I'm not getting any replies, I understand. Sorry, I don't read the magazines anymore, and I don't get to the track much anymore either, you guys are pretty much my only source of Mustang info, except for a few buddy's back home. And all the other stang sites suck. So what do you think, full weight and all....... I'm tellin' ya! that concrete tip I offered works!

ok, well what about other tricks like short belts, filing the plugs, running 1 quart low on oil, airing the front tires up.. etc?
Or do you want it to be a straight off of the highway and into the staging lanes type car?

pretty quick
There are many a tuner out there that could dispute how low you can go ! you can definitely hit the higher 12's . and that by no means is slow . And like a smart stang driver . you have to have the components ,to make yourself quick
