![]() This is one you never here of. I was down for 2 years. My radiator and other parts sat under my house all this time. I have a 180 stat, 4 core, reg water pump, basic motor, timing at 16, run the crap out of it. My freind Cory gave me an elec fan. Had one before didn't find it helped. Well today I put this one on. I left here drove easy 4-5 miles, stopped ripped a whole 1/4, turned around, did it again, and came home. I never turned on the fan, the car never got above the first line on the temp gauge, this is where it always is. It does work properly. This is crazy. If I get the motor to 180 degrees it should make more power right? Also the ol wagon was hallin butt.

![]() go with a quality 180 degree thermo, such as the edelbrock HP balanced with the large throat and get a quality water temp gauge, such as one from Autometer. I am using an electric one from them now and it has proven to be a quality piece. I never trust the stock gauges, as they are little more than disguised idiot lights. Good luck.
