Many will tel you to use a hammer carefully, but there is actually a tool out there for it, most shops won't have it unless maybe it is a performance shop. Rolling the fenders usually refers to the rear due to the squat onto the rear tires, if you front wheels are rubbing up front they are most likely rubbing on the inner fender plastic guard, I would recommend going to a smaller tire, I have seen some pull the guard completely out but don't recommend that. I know that the year they started coming standard with the 16'' ponies the inner fender peice was wider, or roomier if you will for the tirea dnr im. You might be able to look into getting a 93 inner palstic peice for the rubbing. If it is rubbing on the fender in the front, well, it should not be.
