Default IAC Overhaul?

I am asking b/c I am sick of my idle hanging around 1300 rpm
I have replaced/checked tps .98 vdc to 4.5 wot
and have disassembled the IAC, cleaned the carbon out and lubricated the plunger to allow free movement with a little PB.
I also have the FMS IAB manual adjustment plate and had it running/idling fine until recently.
Now the RPM hangs up at idle after warmup.
New 02's too so that's not it.
I have cleaned the TB too to alleviate any sticky plate issues.
I guess I just have to break down and get a new IAB.
Anybody had anything similar?
Thanks in advance...
