I have 130 watt (H3 bulbs) all weather fog lights in my '89 GT with the stock leneses and here's what i did.
- I take it when you mean your are broken that the actual lenses are broken, which in that case means you will have to buy reproduction fog lamp housings from such magazines as mustangs-unlimited (www.mustangs-unlimited.com), Year one Mustangs, or i've even some them in the summit racing catalog.

- i rewired my fog lights because the way they come from the factory they run power from the headlight circuit to the fog light switch then to the fog lights. Often even the stock fog lights will cause a circuit breaker to flicker the lights on and off because it over heats the circuit and can cause the switches to melt.

here is a link (on this site) that describes in detail what you may want to do. http://www.mustangworks.com/articles...s/FogTech.html

I chose to use on the power side of the relay power from the starter solenoid/relay on the fender to the relay that i mounted on the left side of the engine bay. I have a 30 amp circuit breaker mounted right before the relay in the power circuit and from the relay it goes directly to the fog lamps (i minimized distance in the power circuit to minimize wire resistance to get brighter lights). I used i believe either 12 or 14 gauge wire for the power and 14 gauge for the ground from each lamp to the frame.

on the control circuit side of the relay i spliced a wire into the running lights circuit (brown wire i believe) coming from the headlight switch to provide the power source to the control side of the relay. This also means that you have tapped into a circuit that already has a fuse in it, so you don't have to add any and it's unlikely you will cause the circuit to overheat/run too much amperage anyway because all you're running is the relay.

In between the park lamp/headlamp switch and the relay on the control side i used the stock fog light switch. The reason i did it this way was so that i could never accidentally leave the fog lights on because my parking lights would have to be on and the warning buzzer would go off and since it cuts power to the fog lamp circuit when i turn off my parking lights, i never have to worry about turning off both switches (although i do it anyway because i don't like to just drive around with them on since they're SOOOO excessively bright). I hope i explained this clearly....probably not, but the link i provided explains it alot better than i did and i believe that one of the wiring schemes is alot like the one i chose to do.
Good luck,
