I would highly recommend a JMS chip. Does your car feel like it needs that extra "tuning"? Mine did, that's why I called Chris Johnson over there. He'll hook you up - at a good price to! ........sorry didn't mean to sound like a cheesy infomercial http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard/biggrin.gif!

Yes it does. The ideal surges every once in a while. I've mess with my fuel pressure and that helped alot but it still could be better. I have a NOS kit I'm going to be putting on but I don't want to hook it up until I know my car is in good running condition.

With your limited engine mods I doubt it'd make much of a difference. If I were you I'd go talk to the guys over at MC Racing in Merriam. They're great with electronics. I'm not sure if they could burn you a chip but they could steer you in the right direction.

Once you mess w/ the intake/fuel/exhaust, many times a dyno tuned chip is all you need to make your car purr again. I was thinking that you have alot more air flowing now, w/ almost stock fuel delivery......you may need to raise your fuel pressure. What's it set at now? Is the MAF set up for the 24 lb injectors?

Yes, the mass air is set up for the injectors. I'm running my fuel pressure at 34psi. When I first put the injectors and mass air on I left the fuel pressure at 40psi. But it seemed to be running rich. At least I think it was. After turning the pressure down it seemed to idle better and pull a little harder. I was thinking I may need to pull the plugs to see if I might have fowled any of them while running to much gas. Does anyone know how to tell if your running rich or lean.

Plugs could be the problem. As far as running rich/lean......does the engine knock? Do you have smoke coming out the tailpipes (after its been running) - and is there a heavy gas smell?

No, it doesn't knock. And I haven't noticed any smoke. But I do however smell gas from the exhaust. I always run premium gas. But, i don't have any cats so I figured that was why I could smell gas.
