Where do I get a fpr and mass?

I am looking in to getting a Fuel Pressure Regulator and I think from what I can see the Kirbin is the best. Where can I find one? I couldn't find a site anywhere.

Also I am having Mass Air Meter problems. I have a 73 from Vortech? Its the one you use the stock electronics. What is a good replacement that will not give me problems.
