Question t-45 trans

I have a chance to get a t-45 trans from a 96 or 97 mustang gt. the bellhousing is part of the transmission case. does anyone know if i could or should bolt this to a 351-W???

The T-45 is a piece of **** .

I don't think the input shaft will fit the windsor either.
