Default where to get dumps?

Can i just get a muffler shop to make them or what? can they be bought? As most people know, with my horrible post about "buchering" my pipes, i need some turndowns, until i get a new catback, the fumes arent to bad, but it seems like the right thing to do, actually VP fuel smells good lol, j/k

thnx for any info

ummmm a muffler shop can make them for you, but I would just go to autozone and buy some turndowns and put em on.

Some muffler shops might give ya grief about the legality of turndowns. Call 'em first!

Really?? Lucky you, my friend tried to get them on a firebird he had, and we called everywhere and they wouldn't touch it! He wound up wrecking the car anyways and getting a 12 sec 91 LX with dumps anyways!

Yeah I had to call around to get them put on my buddy's Mustang. When we found a place and went down there, they refused, but after some convincing they did it. I don't know how he will get smogged though....

You just have to B.S. them real well, like everyone else , me and a friend went to get turn downs with an o/r x and the guy was a dick at first, but one we went in the shop, he said we couldnt talk about illeagal stuff over the counter, we jsut told him it was for o/r use but didnt have the resources to tow it in, no prob after that
