Where is the PCM Power Relay located???

My fuel pump takes multiple tries to finally come on before starting my car. I already replaced the fuel pump relay under the seat, the actual fuel pump is only 2 years old, and now I am checking all the wiring for the fuel and ignition system to see if that is the problem. The reason I want to know where this particular relay is located is because it ties directly into the ignition switch and the F.P. relay.

Having a car that doesn't start consistently or at all really sucks!!!

C'mon, somebody knows where it is. I'd rather know exactly where it is than go tearing everything apart to find it.
