Default where to pin

I have a 1995 Cobra R hood. Where do I put my hood pins. Do they go where the stops are or on the frame?

I wouldnt remove the stops to ad pins myself. I would just step over an inch or tow and dril a new hole there. If you bought a good hood pin kit there should be a couple pins, and nuts to hold them to the radiator support ( not the frame for future reference ). Thats just wht I would do. Wait until some else replies before you install them though, Remember measure twice drill once.
