where should i set my base time

89 GT edelbrock performer rpm intake, 65mm tb, e-cam, ported e7's, 19lb inj adj. fuel pressure reg. i don't know if you need any more info than this i have it at 14degrees advanced right now. will that be good or do i need more or less. thanks.

I run 18 degrees with no problem. I would bump it up 2 degrees at a time until you feel less power etc then back it off by 2.
