Where's The Best Place To Buy Canfeild Heads

I have made my mind up and i am going to go with the canfeild head now where would i get the best deal i think fox lake has stage 1 canfeilds for $1255 you think i can beat that price?

I can tell you where not to buy them! Don't buy from excessive motorsports.

I got my stage II from panhandle performance. Not sure what I paid for them, but I know it was more 1255.00 I think it was like 1400.00
Panhandle does good work.

I have a set of Stage 3 Canfields I bought from Houston Performance in Houston Texas. Paid $2000 for the set. (We also bought 5 sets at that time). Most Stage 3 heads are around $2500. Mine are CNC ported from Canfield. Canfield specs are 325 int./225 exh. flow. I shopped around with Fox Lake and several others. If your not on a budget, custom head porters may be the way to go. But Canfield designed the head and I'm pleased with the port work. Fox Lake and Panhandle are reputable sources in the head porting market, but you need to decide your price range, flow characteristics, and type of port work (stock, hand ported, cnc'd) that will fit you application. Canfield is a good head and costumer support is #1. Call Jay at Canfield 330-533-7092. Or Steve Drier at Houston Performance at 281-893-6080 or on the web at houstonperformance.com
