Question While I am in there.....

Ok, it looks like I need to change out my waterpump gasket, and to top it off, I some how messed up my timing chain cover gasket, so that has to be replaced too. I figure since I have to take the cover off to replace the gasket, I might as well throw on a new double chain, and my E-303 I have just sitting in the shed with less than 1000 miles on it. Now, if I do the cam swap, what else should I do while I am in there? Keep in mind I have a 6 week old baby at home now, so money is going to be pretty tight, but I don't want to do the cam swap without changing what NEEDS to be changed. Here is whats on the motor with the mileage:

80,000 miles on rebuilt 306
Typhoon intake
Paxton Novi 1000 @ 7psi
Powerpipe
73mm Mass Air
30lbs injectors
Mac shorties, o/r h-pipe, 2 chamber flows
Stock heads, they were rebuilt at the same time as the motor

Thats all I can think of for now. Not sure how good the springs are on the heads, and whether they should be replaced, and same with the rollers. Would love to get some 1.6 RR but once again the budget is an issue, and I have to convince my wife this is what needs to happen. She agreed that while I was in there I should throw that cam in, but if it goes too far, I doubt she would go for it.
I appreciate any suggestions you guys give me.

Chris
