Will 195/50/15's fit on an 89 GT with the quad shocks?

Has anyone used this size tire on a stock GT...will they rub?

why??? thats way smaller that what came stock on mustangs, stock size is 225-60-15 so you shouldn't have any troubles, car will be like a lowrider.

I meant 295's not 195's

I think that might be too big....why would you want to go over 255's? If traction's a concern, get better up/lwr ctrl arms and shocks/springs etc for whatever application you want - street or strip.

I only ask because It's a wheel and tire package...If they are too big I'd rather know before I purchase...
