will this computer work with engine swap

I am taking the 306 out of my 88 lx and putting it into my 89 gt that has the stock motor with a cobra computer chip. I was wandering, will the computer from the gt work with the new engine or will it skrew things up? The reason I am changing engines is because I am building an ATI Supercharged 347 for the 88 lx.

what is a cobra computer chip???do you mean a cobra computer???..if so then you need to run 24# injectors and you will be fine along with the cobra 70mm mass air
