NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. the intake for a 302 and 351 are differnt. you will need a 351 specific manifold.

i don't think so, i traded a set of mag wheel's for an early 80's 5.0 intake for my older 302, after checking it out it wouldn't work intake, & exh port's are way too much, & only slowed me down, i gave it to a freind with a 80's fox gt, anyway the joke was on the guy who got the , mag's they turned out to be gm.

You need a 351 EFI lower intake, but the upper will work (for instance 351W GT40 + 5.0 Cobra upper).

A truck 351 intake (or any 351 EFI lower intake) can be used, but the upper plenum will fit off of any 302.
