A stone stock 98 Z28 should run 13.5 - 13.8. After a few years a few things may have been bolted on the Z-28 by now, so 13.0 - 13.5 is not out of the question.

I really don't understand the motivation to beat a stock car with a modified car. If both cars were modified and you beat the Camaro it would seem more satisfying to me.
