Default Will These Head Cause Problems?

If I were to put a set of Victor Jr's with a Performer RPM intake on my car, would I have any driveability issues? Reason for the head being so big is I'm building a blown 408 whenever I can get the cash together but want something to do to my car now. I might put a cam in this 302 too. Stock bottom end. ~Brian
