Question windage tray labor

What is involved in bolting on the windage tray relative to the bottom end of the motor alone on my '91 5.0? Do alot of parts have to be removed to install it? Is labor expensive?

I am already having a new oil pump installed (parts and labor $300) but I don't want to get price gouged for a windage tray. Thanx
