Question window off the track

How hard is it to put a window back on it's track?
My 88GT has power windows and is obviously off the track and will not roll up all the way bacause of it.
How long would a body shop be able to do it and for about how much cash? I was told by a shop that it is a simple fix.
Is this one for a pro or should I be able to handle it myself?
