Post Window Trim Question

My exterior window trim is a sun damaged and is full of pits. What is the best way to make the trim look better? It is most noticeable on the vertical trim just to the right of the doors, right before the triangular windows start. If replacing it is my only option where can I buy the window trim?

I'd like to know too, mine is bad around all the side windows. I know I can buy covers for the triangular windows, but I seen them on a car and they stick out.

I would say ford dealer. My car has been in garage its hole life and the black molding on door is starting to pit. No problem with any other molding yet. It must be junk rubber because mine cant be from sun damage. Let us know if you find them and if a pain to put in.
