wiper control module?

Can anyone tell me what this looks like, where it's located, and if it can be tested? My wipers won't work at all and the fuze, motor, and multifunction switch are all good (I tested them).
Thanks for your help
SOL if it rains

Well, I managed to find it, but I still don't know how to test it. And I can't seem to find one except new from the dealer and it's $113. Would like to know for sure this is the problem before dropping that kind of cash on it.
Thanks

and for historical purposes...

I doubt this is the case but FWIW, I had this problem once before too. It turned out it was my ignition switch. When mine quit, the radio quit as well.

The only other thing wrong is that the speedometer was shorted out and then it melted the positive wire in the printed circuit to the speedometer on the back of the gauge cluster. This all sucks!

Stupid voltage regulator.
