Post Is it worth it to have my car dyno'ed and tuned?

I called Crazy Horse Racing in Clark NJ today to see how much for a dyno run.

They told me $75 for a basic hp/tq test and $125 for a test and tune for the first hour.
Since I dont have any power adders, they would just adjust my fuel pressure and timing. Is it worth it? How much hp could they unlock if they tune my car with a dyno??

I am curious at least to get the HP / TQ numbers at the rear wheels.. Im just not sure about the tuning.. any suggestions??
