Cool X-1R LUBRICANTS. DOES ANYONE USE THEM

I have been using X-1R Lubricants. They say that Nasa uses it to?
I haved felt a diffrence but I havent used it in about 1 year. I got the fuel cleaner and the oil treatment again. What about that article in the MM-FF January 2001 issue that they say that putting 4 quarts of oil will actually give more torque, HP and lower your temp by 20%. CAN THIS BE DONE?????
