Default This shifter should work?

I am thinking about selling my Hurst Billet Competition Plus shifter. My car is an '83 and the person who wants it has a '95, will it fit in his car? I think internally it should all be the same.

If they're both T-5's then it will work fine. T-5 shifters even fit T-45's and vice versa

My Hurst shifter from my 94 did NOT work in a 96 GT. Shift pattern was a bit different, even after toying with the stops for over an hour.

Thats odd, must be a Hurst thing, because when I first did my
AOD to T-5 swap, I used a stock T-45 shifter that a friend let me borrow till I bougt my Ripper

Phantom, you might wanna check that it fits before you take his money. It's not hard to swap shifters, so its not that much work lost if it doesnt work for some reason, but I bet it will
