Re: Engine shutdown well with out being there its hard to say but, i would check the wire from the computer goin to the relay and see if you are losing power from the computer when the relay is clicking.if you have 12 volts there then make sure the connections are good.then i would replace the relay.now i know some are under the seat and some in the engine bay.
