fuel lines quick disconnect??

DO they make some sort of quick disconnect for the fuel lines up near the fuel rails?
That spring clamp thing is a pain to remove. Do they have some sort of other quick disconnect that you can put in line?

I have heard yes and they are available at auto stores but wanted to ask first. Most people around here that work at the auto store wouldnt know anything about it if i mentioned it.

Yes they make tools for this. They look like the ones for A/C lines.

yea man there very easy to take off if u have the tool it takes no more than 2 seconds to get off

Sometimes they will get a little rusty in there, spray some WD40 and use the tools mentioned, they pop off pretty fast already....be sure to relieve FP before attempting...! Good luck

Hi,

First post here.

I am doing a 91 LX air conditioner. After 16 years the air was the last thing to fail.

What is the trick with the quick disconnects? Just push the tool in the fitting or is there a twist involved?

Last time I did it was in 95 and I forget how those quick disconnects work.

And same to reconnect?
