runs great, then dies like it out of gas. help!

runs good then dies. let it cool down for 10 min start up again, runs good for a while then does it again. tired of throing money at it, all the basic are good. thanks

I am having the same broblem with my 1995 mustang GT. Runs great for about 1 -2 mins then loses power. The accelleration is greatly diminished. I have a new distributor cap, plugs, wires and fuel filter. Any other ideas?

Both of you need to pull codes.

Can you still pull codes if the check engine light doesn't come on?

nothing comes up in the computer.supspect its the comp, pip,or tfi. cause everything else has been checked or changed.

What do you mean nothing comes up "in" the computer? Also what are you referring to when you say "pip"? How are you pulling codes?

When was the last tune up and when was the last time the 02 sensors were changed?
