|  purge valve does anyone know where the purge valve is.?? and how to fix an excessive egr flow problem. i've changed the egr vaccum controller.and what i thought was the purge valve but no luck. light went off for a day but came back on with same codes.can anyone help. |

| Re: purge valve does the car run like shit? the purge valves are usally in the engine compartment and the vent valve is usally near the gas tank in the rear...i cant rember but if that has a small steel tube for the egr make sure that is not pluged
