Default MSD 6 in a 65 mustang

Im trying to install a MSD 6a box in my mustang i have converted the points and have a MSD blaster 2 coil. problem i am haveing is i have a red/green wire that goes to the coil now what do i do with this wire the car wont start without it and the coil wires connect to the msd box any ideas?
