Post 13's with an SVO ???

ok guys i am going to buy an svo as soon as i can find one thats not any more than one state away. My question is can an svo with 250rwhp run in the 13's in the 1/4 mile?

If you lost a substantial amount of weight. seats, hood, trunk lid, carpet, dash under carpet padding. An svo weighs around 3500 pounds gotta put in on a diet.
