Default Me Vs. Turbo VW

I was at the local Friday night car meets the other day and I decided to run around town some with a buddy who has a Turbo VW Jetta. Well to make a long story short I'm sitill bad with launching so he got me on the stops. Then on the feeders we did a roll from 30 and I kept up with him but I kept falling back every shift. Hes running about 18 psi on his turbo now but hes going to fix it ect.. Anyways now my buddy behind us said I was blowing mad fumes so I'm gonna check my car and try to see what the loss was. I was getting speed loss too. The jetta only does abot low 15s to high 14s in the 1/4. Hope I can figure whats wrong so I can pull on him.

If that VW only runs low-15s to high-14s on 18lbs of boost your friend should just send it to the car crushers and put it out of it's misery.
