2.3L Turbo Engine Swap

I have a 1990 LX Coupe. 4 cylinder, AOD. I was wondering what does it take to swap in a 2.3L turbo? I have seen people say they use an engine from a T-Bird. I just want to know what parts I will need and what kind of work will the swap entail. I was looking at a 5.0 and it takes a hell of alot so I was hopeing this would be a little less. Also if I did drop in a 2.3L Turbo, what would the approximate HP be on it?

The SVO Mustang made somewhere around 190HP net. This month's HOT ROD had an article about a guy using turbo 2.3 motors in his drag Pinto & running respectable ET's. There was some very enlightening info on what's involved in the swap & how to build the engine to last.

2.3t engine made anywhere from 145hp-205hp.

t-rbid 84 non-intercooled= 145hp
t-bird 85 non-ic = 145hp
t-bird 85 ic = 175hp
svo 85.5 = 205hp
svo 86 = 200hp
t-bird 87-88 = 200hp
