2010 v6 cruncy transmission
 

This has been bothering me for a while and the service guys always say there is no problem with it, but there is! Wanted to see if others share my woes.

The transmission to second and third gear is crunchy ~75%of the time. Sometimes it's silk smooth, especially when the weather is really warm, but if it gets cold, boy do I hate that second gear!! Most of the time it's very crunchy even with warm weather.

Anyone having similar issues?
