![]() Hello all, I have recently purchased a '95 mustang gts 5-speed. I love the car and have a long list of upgrades in mind. However, I have a small problem When I change gears the rpms actually climb about 300 rpm then it falls as expected! even with my foot off the gas ( its like i wait too long to remove my foot from the gas) Is there a problem with my driving or is it a sensor or a bad cable . Its like speedshifting all the time! It makes me look lame I've driven manual trans cars a lot whats the deal?!!! Thanks

![]() Have you checked for any codes? My '89 did that at one time and the TPS was bad.

![]() My '93 does the same thing. I always figured it was the way the computer controlled the engine.
