in stock n/a form the 2.3L 4cyl mustang is quite slow. not to sure of how slow, but id have to quess 19's+ in the 1/4 mile, probably more, but like i said, not sure, what i do know is they are a 2.3 SOHC makin 88hp in 87 to 90 and i believe that was upped to 100-110 in 91 or 92. they get good gas mileage,
, and are fun in the winter, i used to have an 88 5spd, which my brother has now.
But there is also the SVO mustang which was a 2.3 turbo, those things were pretty quick, had like 220-225hp in 86, and i saw them running in the 14's stock, so i guess it all depends on what your lookin at.
